Within the last couple days, QuickBooks Online has started having errors uploading .qbo files into bank feeds. The .qbo files are valid, but QuickBooks skips from step 2 to step 5 of the process and doesn't import anything. It doesn't have this issue with .csv files; and it doesn't have this issue in an incognito window with no extensions. The same files would upload file last week.
