Thanks for getting back to this thread, @nch1870.

I'll do everything to ensure you have a seamless banking experience with QuickBooks Online.

There are times when transactions are stuck if your financial institution makes some changes or has ongoing maintenance. In that case, we can use a private or incognito browser to view your QBO account. You can use any of these shortcut keys to access one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N.

If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to your bank. They can further assist and provide insights in resolving issues with importing bank transactions.

As an alternative solution, you can consider importing a CSV file instead of a .qbo file. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to this article: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Once everything is set, your next step is to categorize and match the transactions to ensure they are allocated to the correct account in your company file.

I encourage you to reach out again if you have any other questions or concerns about importing bank transactions. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to offer our full support throughout the process.
