The error message you're getting can be affected by the system requirements or updates. To isolate the issue, please ensure that your computer or windows are updated. If you haven't yet, you can also update your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to the latest release as suggested by Rose-A above, to keep your software up-to-date to get the latest features and fixes.

 

Once done, try downloading your bank transactions again. If you're getting the same result, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance. This way, a live representative can look into your account securely and investigate the error you received.

 

To contact support:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with a representative.
