Thanks for joining this thread, Vicki888.

Statement Cycles for QuickBooks Checking accounts begin on the date Intuit approves the account through our registration process and ends the day before its one month anniversary of the account opening.

Accounts that were opened on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of any month have their first Statement Cycle adjusted to start on the 1st of the subsequent month. Each cycle will end on this same day of the month.

After an account's Statement Cycle ends, its statement for that month will become available in QuickBooks Checking.

Here's how to view monthly statements:

  1. Go to Business overview, Cash flow, then QuickBooks Checking.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. View the account and select its Monthly Statements option.

I've also included a couple detailed resources about working with QuickBooks Checking accounts which may come in handy moving forward:

I'll be here to help if there's any questions. Have a wonderful day!
