When a user encounters unexpected behavior, such as runtime problems, we can typically fix the issue by doing basic browser troubleshooting. Due to the browser's outdated pages, you could have issues connecting the Lowes Commercial account to QuickBooks Online.

 

Let's begin by signing in to your QuickBooks Online account in a private/incognito browser. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

 

Once you're in, link the Lowes Commercial account. If it's successful, return to your regular browser and clear the cache to eliminate the junk files. 

 

We can utilize other supported browsers if the same issue occurs. The one you're using now may have a temporary problem with QuickBooks Online.
