Hi jnolte-positivet,

Thank you for letting us know that your Expenditure module is not working and for taking the initial troubleshooting steps to resolve this behavior. I got some further instructions to troubleshot this.

Because the problem pertains to display and connection, we'll proceed with troubleshooting steps specific to the browser. To begin, we'll log in to QuickBooks using either an incognito or private browser to determine if the issue is caused by cached data.

Keyboard shortcuts for opening a private browser:

  • Google Chrome and MS Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If QuickBooks functions properly when using a private browser, it indicates that the issue is on the cached data, and therefore you'll want to clear it. If the problem persists, you can a different browser to determine if the mentioned behavior is specific to certain browsers.

Please let us know how the instructions turn out so we can help you again if needed. Take care and have good one.
