If you've already followed the steps provided by my colleague and the issue persists, I highly recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support team. They have specialized tools that can access your account in a secure environment and investigate the cause of this unusual behavior. Additionally, they can perform further troubleshooting steps if necessary.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. In QBDT, go to the Help menu at the top, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Give a brief description of your issue, then Continue.
  4. Sign in to your Intuit account and tick Continue, then Continue with my account.
  5. We'll email you a single use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
  6. Choose to chat with us or Have us call you.
