Although, if it didn't make any difference, I'd suggest reaching out to our customer care support. This way, an agent will help you uninstall/reinstall the program without any issues. Here's how:
- Go to Help inside QuickBooks.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter "Install/Uninstall errors" in the description field, then click Continue.
- Select either Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist.
