I want to make sure that this issue is resolved. I'm here to share additional steps on fixing your QuickBooks software.

 

Did you encounter any error messages when you uninstall the software? Any details are much appreciated this will help us fix this issue for you.

 

In the meantime, let's suppress the QuickBooks Desktop application. This helps us identify if this is an issue with your company file or QuickBooks itself.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Press and hold the Ctrl key, then double-click the QuickBooks Desktop icon. (Don't release the Ctrl key until you see the "No Company Open" window unless QuickBooks freezes or gives you an error.
  2. Select a company file, then choose Open.
