You'll need to connect your Venmo account to QuickBooks, anihelmick. I'll provide more detailed instructions below.

When you connect your Venmo account to QuickBooks, transactions will automatically download. Depending on your bank, you can typically download transactions from the past 90 days, but some banks allow you to access up to 24 months of transaction history. You can also link multiple business and personal bank accounts to keep your QuickBooks data current.

I'll outline the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Transactions menu, then choose Bank transactions.
2. Hit Link Account.
3. Enter the URL or name of your bank in the Search field, then select the bank.
4. Fill in your Sign info in the Login and Password fields, then select Continue. 
5. Choose the account you want to connect and date to pull transactions from the dropdown menu. Then, click Next.
6. Select your account type on the Account type dropdown list, then hit Next.
7. Map the bank account in the Existing accounts dropdown menu, then choose Next.
8. Once done, click Connect, then Done.
