Buy nowThe reason you are not seeing the problem is because you are selecting CUSTOMERS and SUB-CUSTOMERS. Create the same report by ONLY SELECTING CUSTOMERS, DO NOT select the SUB-CUSTOMERS and you will see QB will NO LONGER SHOW INCOME in the report, will just display income $0.00, and the expenses.
I have dozens of sub-customers for every customer, I do not want sub-customers shown in the report.
