I can share some information with forwarding receipts from multiple addresses in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), @Anonymous.

At this time, you can send your receipts from the verified email that you set. The ability to forward receipts from multiple or different email addresses will be a great addition to the current features that we have, so I'll take note of it. For now, I suggest checking out our QuickBooks Blog for updates on the program.

You can go to the Gear icon βš™ and then Receipt forwarding to verify the email address where your receipts must be sent from and the email address where you'll be sending them.

After receiving those receipts, you can go to the Transactions tab to categorize them. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Look for the receipt you forwarded and review the details.
  3. Select Business if the transaction was for business, or select Personal for personal. If the transaction was both, select Split.
  4. Review the category in the Category column.
  5. Click Save once you're done.

Check this article for more information about receipt forwarding in QBSE: Forward receipt images to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

To know more about the categories that we have, see this article: Schedule C and expense categories in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Let me know if you need further help about receipt forwarding and or anything else by leaving a reply below. Take care and have a great rest of the day!
