Your bank account used for billing might have expired or you're using a free trial account that's already expired as well. We can try logging in through the website and see if you get the same subscription prompt. Just click this link to sign in: qbo.intuit.com.
If you still get the same error message, you can go through the subscription renewal process. If you're directly routed to the Billing and Subscription page, you can click Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information. For more details, you can use this article on how to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
Also if you just subscribed and when you log in to QuickBooks through a browser, everything's fine, you might want to uninstall and reinstall the app.
