Community is a public forum, thus for security reasons, we are unable to access your account information and check the charge you received. I advise getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. A live agent can safely access your account and talk about the charge. They can also process the removal of the charged amount if needed after verification.

 

To contact support:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. Select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still choose to Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with support:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
