Hello, NealRM.

 

Clearing the cache or using another browser is usually the first step in resolving cache-related issues. Since the troubleshooting steps didn't work, you'll want to contact our support at this point.

 

I'll guide on how to reach out to them: 

 

  1. Open QB Assistant by clicking the Help menu.
  2. Select Talk to a human
  3. When asked, enter something like "Send and New button isn't working."
  4. Proceed with I still need a human.
  5. Click the Get help from a human link.
  6. Select Get a call back or Start a message

 

For the old Help menu interface, follow this article for the steps: QuickBooks Online Support.

 

Our agents will take a look a the system and check what's preventing the Send and new button from functioning. Though, I'd like to do it here. However, I'm unable to access sensitive information in a public space. 

 

Another way to create a new invoice is to simply click the + New icon, then select Invoice
