I can share some information that can help you with removing the Shipping to field, @msalamone-buholt. 

When you create your invoice, make sure to leave the Shipping to box blank. It'll be included on the invoice template once you've added any information in that field.

You can also edit the invoice to remove the Shipping field from the gear icon on your invoice page. Check out the screenshot that I'll be providing below.
