Turned off my "ship to" part of invoices in settings, but when I create one, it appears in the email sent to the client. They don't appear in the edit or PDF view.

A lot of our projects are under sub-customers and the wrong name ends up in the "ship to" section that I want turned off

I can share some information that can help you with removing the Shipping to field, @msalamone-buholt

When you create your invoice, make sure to leave the Shipping to box blank. It'll be included on the invoice template once you've added any information in that field.

You can also edit the invoice to remove the Shipping field from the gear icon on your invoice page. Check out the screenshot that I'll be providing below. shipping.JPG

Check out this article for more information about customizing your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO): Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. This will guide you on how to customize the layout and the design, details of your forms, and personalize the email message.

Once you've received the payment from your customer, see this article for detailed guidance on how to record it in QBO: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online. This will show the invoice as paid.

This issue is resolved. When I logged back in the next time, it was gone from my invoice.

thank you
