Let's work together to resolve the error you've encountered, FCTeamBCS.

One of the possible reasons why you're getting the error message is because the version of your Office doesn't work with 64-bit. Please know that QuickBooks 2023 is 64-bit, therefore, it'll need a 64-bit version of Office to maximize performance. Once you have this version, make sure the latest release for QuickBooks Desktop 2023 and payroll updates are downloaded before attempting to open the report. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu, then select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Select Update Now, then select Get Updates.
  3. When the update finishes, close and reopen QuickBooks.
  4. When asked to install the update, select Yes.
  5. When the installation finishes, restart your computer.
  6. After that, you can now download the latest payroll tax table.

Once we get the latest updates installed things, the report is expected to work with your new 2023 version.

If error persists, we can run Verify Rebuild, it possible your company file may be damaged, or the folder where the company file is saved may be damaged. The Verify Data utility identifies any potential data damage issues that might've caused an unexpected error while running the Report. While the Rebuild Data utility repairs damaged data in your company file. Before this, you'll have to secure a backup copy of your company file.
