To review what causes the negative balance in your cash drawer, I recommend checking your register. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Lists menu at the top.
  2. Choose Chart of Accounts.
  3. Locate and double click your cash drawer.

 

From there, see what causes the negative balance.
