On the process of exporting your data from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop, you need to create a location where you can save this file.
If you still remember the location, you can directly open the file to check if the data is saved successfully. Simply click the Window's icon and type the file name to search.
If you can't still find your downloaded file, I suggest going through the export process again and make sure to take note the file location.

- Go to the Help icon and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
