I've got the same situation that "salgal" reported. But please note, your solutions reference solutions for the Windows platform, where the original problem posted, and mine, are in the QB Desktop for Mac product. Please adjust your recommendations accordingly. 

The problem with this process is that the "verify" step seems optional, if it's possible to go ahead and create the Accountant's copy without first passing verification. Is it optional? The items being reported in the log file for the Verify step are "duplicate name" (hundreds of these), and at least one duplicate transaction number. There is no remedy path given, not sure what to do about any of these "errors." I've been through some of this before, with a much earlier version of QB for Mac, seems like it was around 2007. Some things never change! But please let me know if there are Mac-based solutions here. Thanks.
