However, the best alternative we can recommend is to set up your company email address and enable the Email me a copy option in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This allows you to verify the email and receive notifications whenever you send transactions to your client.

To set up your company email account in QBO, you can follow these steps:

1. On the left panel, click Customers.
2. Put a check mark before the customer's name.
