Buy nowThank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community, rritterMurrieta. I'll be sharing troubleshooting steps to ensure you can utilize the option to export to proconnect. Also, make sure that you'll be pointed to the right support team to assist you further on this matter.
Since you've mentioned that you're using QBO Accountant, the option to export to ProConnect should be possible and viewed in your account. Since the option is not there, it might be the cache full of history and temp files that caused unexpected behaviors. I suggest logging in to your QBOA account using a private browser. If it works in incognito, you'll have to clear the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and be able to deeply investigate the cause of why the option to export to proconnect is missing.
