He provided troubleshooting for the wrong problem. He did not understand the issue.

But I"m having it only with some reports. I would think it would just be a setting or the like that needs to be changed.

This is not the issue we are having.The problem is when we go to previous reconciliations some of them only show as a pdf without a menu (see image)
