I am sorry, but this is inexcusable. What you are telling me is that you won't fix it unless more people report this as an issue. IT IS A GLITCH. IT IS NOT A FEATURE REQUEST. No one on your end can help me delete an account, whether it's credit card or banking. It is affecting my business in a huge way because in an audit, any peresonal accounts in QB are a huge red flag. Huge. YOU are giving me an error as to why these can not be deleted and no one on your end can trouble shoot this error. This is just unacceptable. I need these accounts removed from my QB online by 12/31. Or at least help me make them inactive.
