We can create a recurring pledge. With QuickBooks Online Essentials and Plus, you have the option to set a schedule on when you can send the transaction to your donors.
Before doing so, ensure to secure a written authorization from your donors before setting up their recurring transactions. Once done, you're good to create recurring pledge:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Under LISTS, select Recurring transactions.
- Click New and then select Pledge as the Transaction Type.
- Select OK.
- Enter a Template name.
- You can select either Scheduled, Reminder, or Unscheduled as the Type.
- Fill in the necessary information.
- Click Save template.
