I called on Wednesday, and they asked me to wait 24 hours. I called again yesterday, and they asked me to wait another 24 hours. Yesterday, they even included a specialist from Green Dot Bank, but no one knows what is happening. The answer they gave is that my account is new and it could just be a system error, so I should try again after 24 hours. However, I realize that no one is doing anything to resolve my issue. The attendants are just passing me around, waiting for a miracle like I am.
And with this error I don't have the courage to send my money from Bank of America to Quickbooks, I'm also scared afterwards in case of an error and I can withdraw my money, so I can't even invite my wife and friends, it's disappointing.
