Can I reset my password ? I put License number it says its not valid

the password of what? Data file? CAMPS? or else?

You can find your QuickBooks information (license, product, and other numbers) through CAMPS. If none of the password resets work, I'd recommend using the Automated Password Reset tool. This would help you access your company file.

You can sign to your Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPS) account to find all the information you used when you purchased the product.

To access your CAMPS account, here's how:

1. Go to this link https://camps.intuit.com/.
2. Enter your login credentials.
3. Click Sign in.
4. Select QuickBooks Desktop product.
5. Click Detail.

From there, see the phone number and confirmed it to the one you're using. But if you're unable to sign in to your CAMPS account, reset your CAMPS password.
