Can I see when a user signs into the system and their name?

Yes, we can navigate the Audit Log feature to view user sign-ins. I can guide you through the process in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First, make sure to sign in as an admin to access the feature. Otherwise, reach out to your admin to permit you to do so. 

Here's how to use the Audit Log:

1. Click the Gear icon .
2. Select Audit log.
3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
