Changing a Company Name on a Mac

I have two versions of my bookkeeping , one which my bookkeeper named with her initials in front. But when I open here and mine, they both show the same name at the top of the toolbar so it's very confusing. How to fix this??

There is also the name in the QuickBooks->Preferences under the Company icon. Try changing it there if SkinnyRaven's suggestion doesn't work.

From a finder window edit the file name to whatever you like.

This one worked, it is pulling from the Preference Panel instead of the Finder file name.
