Hello, @accounts493.
I'm here to ensure that you can see the reports in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) right away. Such that you can quickly review the snapshot of your investors, revenues, cost, and expenses.
As I've checked our records, there are no changes in the Standard report in QBO. Missing reports are usually the result of outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser. Not to worry, you can fix this by doing some basic troubleshooting steps.
To start, log in to your account through incognito with admin access. From there, review the Balance sheet and Profit and Loss reports on the Standard page. This browser doesn't store cache. This way, we can check if it's a browser-related issue.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
- Control + Option + P (Safari)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)
If the reports are now showing up, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to clean the slate.
Additionally, you have an option to customize the reports to show the specific product/services, customer's total, and more. Also, you can print, export, and email them.
