You can cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account from the Billing & Subscription page. From the cancellation date, your data will be available in read-only access.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear ⚙ icon, then choose Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Select Continue to cancel.
- Follow the next steps provided on the screen.
- Pick Submit and cancel subscription.
- Select Got-it.
