Hello, Johnson82.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. If you have not yet set up payroll accounts in QuickBooks Mac, Intuit will set them up for you the first time you export data into QuickBooks Mac. Just enter the account names you prefer at the Export Preferences page.
You will use the Export Preferences page to enter your QuickBooks Mac accounts. Use the exact same names of the QuickBooks Mac accounts you will use for the payroll data.
Click Customize to enter the account names exactly as they appear in QuickBooks Mac or select from the drop-down list.
Here's an article that we can use that will help us during the exporting process: Exporting to QuickBooks for Mac.
I also recommend checking our Help articles that you can use for future reference. From there, you can read helpful articles and learn some best practices in managing your QuickBooks account.
You can always get back o us whenever you need help. I'd be glad to assist you anytime. Take care and stay healthy.
Make it easy for customers to pay you, and manage it all in QuickBooks.
