You’ll have to cancel it directly in the program, @Pi2.
I can walk you through how to cancel it so you’ll be able to enter employees manually.
Before you do it, please make sure that you’ve paid any outstanding tax deposits, filed any pending forms and print necessary payroll reports.

Your data will be available in read-only access for 1 year from the date of cancellation. You can read this article here to learn more about the process.
