I'd like to ensure that we're on the same page so that I can provide you with the right amount of information about the projects feature, KS1966.

Based on your screenshot, I can see that the total balance of your bills and overdue bills are the exact amounts that showed up in the Actuals. May I know to which part of the page you are referring that doesn't show up?

I'd appreciate it if you could provide more details about your concern. Thanks in advance for any further information.

The Open Invoices and Overdue invoices Boxes have Zero amounts.  Thank's for taking your time to do the math but that's not what I am talking about.  Please look at the boxes,

Thanks for getting back here, @KS1966. I want to ensure you'll be able to show the correct amounts of the overdue and open invoices box on the project page.

When viewing the data in the project window, the Open Invoices and Overdue Invoices box only shows the totals for invoice transactions. Referring to the attached screenshot, the type of transactions added are bills. That said, there are no amount displays on the boxes. Also, the estimate should be converted to an invoice so the amounts will show on the open invoices box.

Since the transactions entered are bills, the total amount will be displayed in the Cost section.

For reference, check out this article: Set up and create projects in QuickBooks Online.

I'll include this helpful resource that you can use as a guide in tracking your project's labor costs and profitability: Track hourly labor costs and profitability by a project in QuickBooks Online.

I'm just around the corner to help if you have any other concerns managing your transactions in projects. Have a good one and stay safe.

Your are absolutely correct.   I have to get it through my head that Invoices are what we bill the customer........I get so buried in entering invoices that are costs and QB refers to them as Bills....Thank you! It's a new day and a new set of brain cells and I see it very clearly.
