I have the correct user ID and password to link my bank account at Key Bank to Quickbooks but it won't connect. Ideas?

I know how important this matter is to you to connect your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Luckie.

May I know if you received an error message like error 103 before proceeding with the troubleshooting steps? Any additional information will help us get closer to the resolution.

If yes, then please proceed with troubleshooting this concern. Here's how you can do it.

1. Double-check that your sign-in details are correct and access your bank's website through a web browser.

2. Sign in with the user ID and password you have.

3. Sign in successfully, if you get an error follow your bank’s instructions to get your user ID, reset your password, or both.

Enable third-party access if required by the bank then enter the bank login credentials to sign in to QuickBooks.

If you're still having trouble logging in, please contact your bank to confirm your login credentials. Be sure to follow any requirements for special characters, uppercase or lowercase letters.
