I'll guide you in resubscribing to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account so you can retrieve your data.
If your account is less than a year after you cancel your QBO subscription, your old data stays once resubscribed. Before doing so, please know that you'll have to use the same payment method and billing frequency you had on your previous subscription.

Good luck! I have been waiting since Monday,10/2/23 to have access to my data from my desktop to the Online version. Today is 10/5/23, Thursday! And still no communication from the people in charge to do it. QB apparently has more proficient people who sign you up and take your money the same day and crickets afterword! I have been happily using QB 2019 desktop for 5 years until Oct 1st 2023 Qb killed it without notice to me. Now they have all my data I need to work. So, I paid the ransom and subscribed to the online version. Well, as stated above Four days later and still nothing.
I was afraid that this will be my only option to get access to my data again, resubscribe :(. One of my companies is closed 9/30/23 and i just need to update the last month and the other I only use to track vendor payments and profit and loss for a condo association. I dont use any other feature. I was able to bypass the upgrade for a couple of months but now I cant get pass adding billing information due to subscription lapse. Wish you luck
