Same!!! I chatted last week for 40 minutes and then the person said they couldn't help me. I am being billed for my subscription that I cancelled back in January. I am now on hold for 15 minutes so far in order to talk to a human. So frustrating!!
Hello, stacie973.
I know how it feels when you're still charged for the subscription that's already canceled. Let me route you to the right support so this issue will be taken care of as soon as possible.
Normally, you'll receive an email notification that confirms the cancellation of your subscription. Since this is a billing concern that requires personal information. I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They can investigate why you're still being charged for your canceled payroll subscription.
Here's how:
1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
2. Press the Talk to a human many and enter the issue/topic.
3. Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.
4. Choose Have us call you.
Support is available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturdays, PST.
Adding the guides here in case you need to reactive your payroll subscription.
Let me know if you have further questions about your payroll subscription. I'm always around to help you.
