I need assistance to remove payroll subscription

Hello @siminbaik,

You can remove your payroll subscription directly from the Manage Service Key window.

1. Go to Employees.
2. Select My Payroll Service.
3. Click My Service Key.
4. Select the payroll subscription you wanted to remove.
5. Click Remove.

But if you wish to cancel and remove your payroll subscription, you can do it directly from the Account Management Portal page.

1. Go to CAMPS.
2. Under Products & Services, select your payroll subscription.
3. Click Cancel.
