I need help with canceling my quickbooks desktop enterprise subscriptions, I attempted to do so my self and ended up purchasing a second subscriptions. I need help

I need help canceling my subscriptions for quickbooks desktop enterprise, I had purchased 1 and it wasn't what I wanted I attempted canceling it because I can't get intouch with anyone for help I tried myself and ended up repurchaseing a second subscriptions n they were both very very expensive about 3600.00 each. Please help me in canceling and refunding me

Hello there, @itservices8507-o. I want to make sure you're able to cancel your account right away.

 

You can manage your subscription by logging in to the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS). You can process the cancellation within your account. QuickBooks also offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. You'll only receive a full refund for your subscription if you cancel within 60 days from signup. Refunds will be processed to the credit card that we have on file for you. 

 

If you purchased the product from Intuit, the steps for canceling QuickBooks Desktop subscriptions are listed below:

 

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
  2. At the left, in the Products & Services applet, select Products.
  3. Find the product you want to return, and select the Return Product link at the right.
  4. Select a cancel reason.
  5. Click Return Product.
  6. Wait for the confirmation that the product return was submitted successfully.
  7. An email will be sent to you as your refund is processed.
