I sign in and only one of my two accounts show up

I've got the steps to switch companies in QuickBooks, atmydream. Let me show you how and add more information regarding this.

If the accounts have the same login credentials, those accounts will be available to select once you sign in to QuickBooks. We also have the option to switch from Company A to Company B inside your QuickBooks product. To proceed, kindly refer to these steps:

  1. Navigate to the upper right corner of your screen and select the Gear icon.
  2. Click Switch company.
  3. Choose the account you want to access from the company list.

However, if the other company file is still not visible following the steps above, both accounts could have different login credentials. With that, we can invite the email (Company A) consisting of the user ID you wish to use to access all your QuickBooks company.

Beforehand, please be reminded of the following before we proceed:

Going back, once you've decided which email address you want to keep, let's follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account (Company B's email account).
  2. Go to the Gear icon and click Manage Users.
  3. Select Add user from the Users tab. Then, fill in the First and Last name and enter the email address you want to keep (Company A).
  4. Choose a user role from the Select a role dropdown.
  5. Once done, hit Send invitation.
  6. Open the inbox for the invited email to access the invitation link.
  7. Click Let's go and then Continue.
  8. Follow the on-screen process to proceed with accepting the invite.

Following this, you can now manage both companies using one user ID. You may also set Company A as the primary admin and remove Company B's email address if you no longer need to use it (optional).

For additional information regarding this process, please check this link: Use one user ID to access multiple companies in QuickBooks Online.

I'm also adding this article that could be handy if you need to create an account under your existing user ID: Create or add another company file to QuickBooks Online.

You may also modify or change your Intuit Account details if there are some updates with your registered personal information.
