I was locked out of my trial desk top and cant get in to transfer my data to online i have a old mac

Registering a trial desktop could lock you out of QuickBooks. To resolve this, you can uninstall the program and Download again the trial QuickBooks Desktop.

Before you can download QuickBooks, make sure your computer meets system requirements to install it.

• QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2020
• QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 20.0
• QuickBooks for Mac

Once done, install it again, and please make sure to close the window when asked to register to prevent the lockout of QuickBooks.

Which Mac OS version do you have? I am not sure you are able to install the trial license of QB 2020 Mac edition on it.
