When I click to add the logo, the screen goes grey; I can see the page but I can't click on anything. I can hit escape and the screen is accessible but when I try to click add logo again, same problem.

Thank you @Rubielyn_J for the response! I cleared my cache and that didn't help so I downloaded FireFox on my Mac and I was able to upload the logo from there. Looks like it was a Safari-QBO issue maybe!
