I am having the same issues with being locked out and the challenge questions not working either. I tried to download the reset and it won't take my login info (which is correct) either. Any suggestions????

Are you able to login into your CAMPS and find your license information there? Chat Support and ask Data Service to reset your Admin password. Otherwise, you have to purchase a 3rd party passwords removal service.
What do you do if you've tried every permutation of info in your Camps account to recover the QB password in the password recovery tool and you still get rejected? I can't login / reset the password?
