Buy nowI bought in Sept. 2021. Now I am getting a message that I must renew my subscription or lose access to my Quickbooks Desktop Pro. I do not want to use the ONLINE version, is this message talking about a SUPPORT SUBSCRIPTION that came with my Sept 2021 purchase?
Also, I seem to have used an OLD email address that no longer have access to. and in Account Management I only see the older purchases of 2014 or 2016, not my LAST year purchase, who can help me, can I CALL Intuit?

It's entirely possible you bought QB Desktop 2021 or 2022 Pro Plus and it's a subscription license. The license was activated with another person or another email address. First of all, open your company file and press the f2 key. Check if you are using QBD 2021 or 2022 to consider your options later.
My solution was to order Quickbooks Online Start up and find out that there are MANY features that both sales and support told me on the phone were not available in the Online version. Recurring billing which I use extensively, no access to a download of my file information if I should decide to migrate to another software, cannot make customers inactive with a balance, so it brought forward customers into all my list that had been gone for nearly 20 years, could not use # 9 envelopes in the Online version for invoices, I had just bought a "ton", and was told that Online uses # 10 envelopes. So yes it was resolved by spending $576.45 to get my Desktop version back accessible to me. And to ask for a refund for the Online version.
