My Account was cancelled without notice or explanation

My account was cancelled after months of back and forth between quickbooks customer support. I originally received an NSF fee after incorrectly being told my account was ready to run payroll and have been trying to get my hold removed since. 

 

Customer service has not been able to give me clarity on why my account was cancelled. Can risk reach out with more explanation?

Thanks for dropping by the Community, @customeriod. I'll share an insight on your query about your cancelled account in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

 

In this case, you'll get a notification if your account gets canceled.

 

If the payroll account is on hold for insufficient funds, I recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support Team again for assistance. They have the tools to look at the fee and fix this issue.
