My claim number is xxxxxxxxx. Need to send two more paper work. The credit card needs updated and the person who was in charge is no longer working for Oakbrook.

My claim number is xxxxxxxxx. Need to send two more paper work. The credit card needs updated and the person who was in charge is no longer working for Oakbrook.

I'm here to help you update the credit card information in QuickBooks Desktop, useroakbrookoffice.

 

You can contact our QuickBooks Desktop Team to check the status of the claim. Here's how to get in touch with them:

 

  1. Click https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select your QuickBooks version, then continue as a guest.
  3. Click Search for something else, then enter your contact reason in the Tell us more about your question field.
  4. Click Search.
  5. Choose Start a Message.

Once they verify the primary contact on file, you can start modifying the payment info. Let me show you how:

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com. Or learn more about signing in.
  2. Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
  3. Select Details.
  4. In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method, then select Edit.
  5. Update your information.
  6. Click Save and Close.
