Then the payment function was shut down. I asked them before if I could continue to use it. The customer service said yes. Fortunately, it didn't take three weeks for the payment to be held. Merchant payments may occasionally be placed on hold for various reasons. One of the primary reasons is to prevent fraudulent transactions. To verify the legitimacy of a transaction and ensure it has been authorized by the cardholder, payment processors might temporarily hold payments.
If payments are on hold our Payments team will promptly notify you via email. This notification will be sent to the email address you provided as your contact email when you signed up for QuickBooks Payments. Please check your email settings if you do not receive any messages from us.
