Hello there, Jose. I have some information on the printing format in Online (QBO). Let me tell you about it.
QBO currently only supports printing sales forms like invoices and receipts on standard 8.5" x 11" letter-size paper. It can't currently print directly to 80mm thermal printers.
To get around this, you can look for a third-party app that integrates with QBO and allows you to print in 80mm format. Search for compatible apps in our QuickBooks App Store.
Here's how to find for an app within the program:
- Click Apps from the left panel.
- Go to the Find Apps tab.
- Enter the keyword to look for an app in the search bar.
- Choose an app from the list.
You can also consider switching to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) if you need more advanced printing options and compatibility with a wide range of printers.
Moreover, personalize your sales forms to have professional-looking templates and enhance your business communications.
Respond to this post if you have other printing needs. I look forward to helping you achieve your QuickBooks-related tasks.
