Printing envelope for vendor

It's my pleasure to provide helpful information to your concern about printing envelopes in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Mac 2021.

If you want to print an envelope with my return address and a vendor address inside QBDT Mac, you'll want to create or select an envelope template to modify the information you need to show when printing the envelope. Then, make it a default.

To choose a default envelope:

1. Choose QuickBooks and select Preferences.
2. Click Envelopes.
3. Choose an envelope from the pop-up menu.
4. Then, close the Preferences window.

Once, you've got the envelope layout with the information you need. You're now ready to print it. See the steps below:

To print an envelope for one form:

1. Open the form you want to mail.
2. Hit Print Envelope.
3. A print options dialog appears with options if you’ve printed from other Mac software.
4. Then, click Print.

To print envelopes for multiple forms:

1. Choose File and select Print Forms.
2. Select the type of form you want to print.
3. If you want to print different form types at once, choose Multiple Forms.
4. Click Print Envelopes.
5. Then, Print.

However, if your return address and a vendor address are still not showing when printing the envelope. I recommend looking for a third-party app that enables you to print the return and vendor address in QBDT Mac 2021.

This is exactly what I was looking for. For some reason I never saw the envelope button in that check window. All that form nonsense wasn't even close to what I wanted. Thank you

I use this all the time. The envelope button is in many of the windows. It also remembers the printer set up (at least it does for me) so if you have an envelope tray once you've set it for the envelopes it will continue to default to that in the future.
